  4. <p>The Air National Guard Base is located at Anchorage IAP with two Alaska ANG squadrons assigned to the 176th CG, operating the C-130H and more recently the HC-130H(N) and MH-60G. The base is named for Lieutenant Albert Kulis, who was killed in a training flight in 1954.
